When should I take Sugar Balance?
We recommend taking 3 capsules per day with a meal — either one with each meal (morning, lunch and dinner), or 2 with one meal and 1 with another.
Should I take a break between routines?
Yes — we recommend doing a 3‑month routine maximum at a time, to prevent your body from getting too used to the supplement. It’s strongly advised to take a two‑week break every 3 months before starting again.
