Can I cancel/return my order?Updated 3 months ago

❌ Unfortunately, it’s not possible to cancel an order.
Our warehouse works very quickly to prepare and ship parcels, which makes it almost impossible for us to cancel an order once it’s being processed.

✅ Once you’ve received your parcel, you can of course exercise your 14‑day right of withdrawal.
But please note: we can only take back unopened products (seal still intact, plastic tab unpeeled, and all sticks included).

Here’s how to do it:

• Notify us by clicking on “Return my order” available on the Help Center homepage.

• Enter your email address or phone number along with the code you’ll receive by email or SMS.

• Select the order you wish to return.

• Add the subject line “I would like to return my order.” Feel free to tell us the reason for your decision — it really helps us improve.

Then, you’ll need to:

- Send the products (shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility) to the following address:

United Kingdom

- Inside the parcel (which must be sent back within 7 days), please include the completed and signed form attached.
If you don’t have a printer, you can handwrite the required information on another sheet of paper. Please just make sure the name SOVA appears clearly.
