The products don’t suit me, what should I do?Updated 3 months ago

If the products don’t suit you, we first invite you to send us an email at [email protected] 📩.
We’ll work with you to understand the possible causes of your discomfort.

If we still can’t find a solution together, we’ll accept unopened products back within 14 days after you received your parcel.

Here’s what to do:

  • Notify us by clicking on “Return my order” on the Help Center homepage.

  • Enter your email address or phone number, along with the code you’ll receive by email or SMS.

  • Select the order you wish to return.

  • Add the subject line “I would like to return my order.” We’d also love to hear the reasons for your decision – it really helps us improve :).


Then you’ll need to:

  • Send the products (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility) to this address:

Inside the parcel (which must be sent back within 7 days), include the completed and signed form attached.
If you don’t have a printer, you can handwrite the required information on another sheet of paper — just make sure the name SOVA is clearly written.

Once we receive your parcel, we’ll process your refund within 15 days directly to your bank account. 🌺
